Thinking about the problems to solve, we came across the new normal, WORK FROM HOME, which happened during COVID 19, and to our surprise "continuous sitting for long hours" was a real problem and causing a lot of distress.
As days passed by, people started complaining back pain and issues with overall health, though everyone was at home, eating home cooked food, but ignored the posture they were assuming through long work hours
This triggered us to research on the sitting as such and we found that the answer lies in ancient wisdom, YOGA and Vajrasana is the best sitting posture one can assume for longer durations and enjoy benefits of it
We adapted this to modern sitting requirements, In Front of Desk, and SitFit was born
